1. Decision on taking business in private: The Committee will decide whether to take item 3 in private. 2. Royal Charter for the continuance of the BBC and Agreement between Her Majesty's Secretary of State for Culture, Media and Sport and the BBC: The Committee will take evidence from— Lord Hall of Birkenhead, Director General, BBC; Donalda MacKinnon, Director, BBC Scotland; Ken MacQuarrie, Director, Nations and Regions, BBC; and then from— Glenn Preston, Director Scotland, and Kevin Bakhurst, Group Director Content Policy, Ofcom. 3. Royal Charter for the continuance of the BBC and Agreement between Her Majesty's Secretary of State for Culture, Media and Sport and the BBC (in private): The Committee will consider the evidence heard earlier in the meeting. 4. Work programme (in private): The Committee will consider its work programme.
