Police, Crime, Sentencing and Courts Bill (UK Parliament legislation): The Committee will consider the legislative consent memorandum lodged by Keith Brown MSP (LCM(S6)4). 3. Scottish Government priorities for the criminal justice remit in session 6: The Committee will take evidence from: Keith Brown, Scottish Government Ash Denham, Scottish Government Neil Rennick, Scottish Government Donald McGillivray, Scottish Government 4. Subordinate legislation: The Committee will consider the following negative instruments: The Sexual Offences Act 2003 (Prescribed Police Stations) (Scotland) Amendment Regulations 2021; (SSI 2021/220) Act of Sederunt (Fees of Messengers-at-Arms and Sheriff Officers) (Amendment) 2021; (SSI 2021/225) 5. Pre-Budget Scrutiny: The Committee will consider its approach to Pre-Budget Scrutiny. 6. Decision on taking business in private: The Committee will decide whether to take items 6 and 7 in private. 7. Scottish Government priorities for the criminal justice remit in session 6: The Committee will consider the evidence it heard earlier in the meeting.
