1. Decision on taking business in private: The Committee will decide whether to take items 3, 4 and 5 in private. 2. Pre-Budget Scrutiny: The Committee will take evidence as part of its Pre-Budget Scrutiny from— David Page, Deputy Chief Officer, and James Gray, Police Scotland; Chris Brown, Scottish Police Authority; and then from— Colin Lancaster, Scottish Legal Aid Board. 3. Police, Crime, Sentencing and Courts Bill (UK Parliament legislation): The Committee will consider whether to agree to the inclusion of additional text into a draft report on LCM(S6)4 to reflect the views of the Delegated Powers and Law Reform Committee. 4. Work programme: The Committee will consider its work programme. 5. Pre-Budget Scrutiny: The Committee will consider the evidence it heard earlier under agenda item 2.
