Victims, Witnesses, and Justice Reform (Scotland) Bill: The Committee will take evidence on the Bill at Stage 1 from— The Right Honourable Dorothy Bain KC, Lord Advocate; and then from— The Right Honourable Lord Matthews, Senator of the College of Justice; Sheriff Andrew Cubie, Sheriff of Glasgow & Strathkelvin, Appeal Sheriff and Temporary High Court Judge; and then from— Dr Andrew Tickell, Lecturer in Law, Department of Economics and Law, and Seonaid Stevenson-McCabe, Lecturer in Law, Department of Economics and Law, Glasgow Caledonian University. 2. Victims, Witnesses, and Justice Reform (Scotland) Bill (in private): The Committee will consider the evidence it heard earlier under agenda item 1.
