Victims, Witnesses, and Justice Reform (Scotland) Bill: The Committee will take evidence on parts 5 and 6 of the Bill at Stage 1 from— Professor James Chalmers, Regius Professor of Law, School of Law, University of Glasgow; Professor Vanessa Munro, Professor of Law, Law School, University of Warwick; Professor Cheryl Thomas KC, Co-Director of the UCL Judicial Institute, University College London; and then from— Tony Lenehan KC, President of Faculty of Advocates Criminal Bar Association; Sheila Webster, President, and Alan McCreadie, Head of Research and Secretary to the Society’s Criminal Law Committee, Law Society of Scotland; Simon Di Rollo KC. 2. Victims, Witnesses, and Justice Reform (Scotland) Bill (in private): The Committee will consider the evidence it heard earlier under agenda item 1.
