Subordinate legislation: The Committee will take evidence on the Prisons and Young Offenders Institutions (Scotland) Amendment Rules 2021 from— Keith Brown, Cabinet Secretary for Justice and Veterans, Scottish Government; Nicholas Duffy, Solicitor, Branch Head - Criminal Justice, Police and Fire Division, Scottish Government Legal Directorate; Teresa Medhurst, Interim Chief Executive, and Fiona Cruickshanks, Head of Operations and Public Protection, Scottish Prison Service. 2. Subordinate legislation: The Committee will consider the following negative instrument— Prisons and Young Offenders Institutions (Scotland) Amendment Rules 2021 (SSI 2021/446) 3. Subordinate legislation (in private): The Committee will consider the evidence it heard earlier under agenda item 1. 4. Work programme (in private): The Committee will consider its work programme.
