S6M-11816—That the Criminal Justice Committee recommends that the Prisons and Young Offenders Institutions (Scotland) Amendment Rules 2023 (SSI 2023/366) be annulled. 3. Subordinate legislation: The Committee will consider the following negative instrument— Firefighters’ Pension Scheme (Scotland) Amendment Regulations 2023 (SSI 2023/369)
