Decision on taking business in private: The Committee will decide whether to consider a draft report on the Scottish Government's Resource Spending Review, a draft report on our inquiry into the Scottish Government's International Work and consideration of our work programme in private at future meetings. 2. The Crisis in Ukraine: The Committee will take evidence from— Graham O'Neill, Policy Manager, Scottish Refugee Council; Andy Sirel, Legal Director & Partner, JustRight Scotland; Marie Hayes, Scotland Director, British Red Cross; and then from— Neil Gray, Minister for Culture, Europe and International Development, and Alison Byrne, Director for Equality, Inclusion & Human Rights (Interim), Scottish Government.
