1. Decision on taking business in private: The Committee will decide whether to take item 4 in private. 2. Implementation of the Trade and Co-Operation Agreement: The Committee will take evidence from— Dr Fabian Zuleeg, Chief Executive and Chief Economist, European Policy Centre; Professor Catherine Barnard, Deputy Director, UK in a Changing Europe; Professor Elaine Fahey, Jean Monnet Chair in Law and Transatlantic Relations, City, University of London; Professor Christina Eckes, Professor of European Law, University of Amsterdam; Professor Ian Forrester, Honorary Professor of European Law, University of Glasgow. 3. Continuity Act: The Committee will consider the following documents laid in connection with the powers in Section 1 of the UK Withdrawal from the European Union (Continuity) (Scotland) Act 2021— SG/2022/88 - Statement of Policy by the Scottish Ministers SG/2022/89 - Document describing how the Scottish Ministers have had regard to representation on the draft Statement of Policy and draft Annual Report SG/2022/90 - Report by the Scottish Ministers 4. Annual report: The Committee will consider its annual report for the parliamentary year from 13 May 2021 to 12 May 2022.
